At GUMERSILDA SL we process the information you provide to us in order to handle your enquiry or availability request regarding our apartments. Below we clearly explain how we process your data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data do we process and for what purpose?
Each apartment page on the Website includes a "Check availability" form. Through it we may collect the following data:
- Main guest's name
- Country of residence
- Email address
- Contact phone number
- Number of pets
- Number of guests
- Number of beds needed
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Any comments or remarks you choose to include
The name, country, email, phone, number of pets and comments fields are optional; the rest are necessary in order to give you an answer about availability and price. We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry, check availability and, where applicable, manage your booking.
If you'd rather not use the form, you can also write to us directly or check availability through Booking.com or Airbnb, as indicated on each apartment's page.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you give us by filling in and submitting the form or by contacting us through any other means, as well as, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual or contractual steps necessary to process your booking.
4. Who do we share your data with?
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To send the availability form we use the provider Web3Forms, which technically processes the form submission and forwards it to our email address; it acts as a data processor under Article 28 of the GDPR. The Website is also hosted by, and integrates infrastructure and protection services from (for example, Cloudflare), which likewise act as data processors under the corresponding contractual safeguards.
If you enquire or book through Booking.com or Airbnb, those platforms process your data as independent controllers, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or manage your booking, and afterwards for the legally required periods (for example, tax and accounting obligations).
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to info@gumerflat.com, stating which right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity.
If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Cookies
This Website only uses strictly necessary technical cookies for it to function correctly. At this time no analytics, personalisation or third-party advertising cookies are installed (such as Google Analytics or similar). If such cookies are added in the future, we will request your prior consent via the corresponding information banner, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
8. Links to third parties
The Website includes links to Google Maps, Booking.com and Airbnb. Accessing these services implies acceptance of their own privacy policies, independent of GUMERSILDA SL.
