This website (hereinafter, "Gumerflat" or "the Website") is intended to provide information about the tourist apartments (VUT) managed directly by GUMERSILDA SL in Burgos and Madrid, and to give users the means to check availability and make a booking through the channels indicated on each apartment's page (direct contact, Booking.com or Airbnb).
The Website does not currently have its own booking engine or payment gateway; all booking and payment management is carried out through the linked third-party channels or by contacting GUMERSILDA SL directly.
3. Terms of use
Accessing and browsing this Website grants the status of user and implies full acceptance of all the terms included in this Legal Notice. The user agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the Website, in accordance with applicable law, good faith, public order and this Legal Notice.
